Jessica and Jonathan's story began the way many modern love stories do, with a simple online connection that quickly grew into something more. Not long after they started talking, Jonathan made the drive from Ottawa to Montreal for their first date at a cozy café, and from that moment on something just clicked.

By the summer their relationship had become official, and it didn't take long for them to realize they had found something truly special. They spent the months that followed traveling, adventuring and growing together, until Jessica eventually made the move to Ottawa. Through it all their relationship deepened into a genuine friendship, the kind that forms the foundation of everything they share today.

Both Jessica and Jonathan felt from early on that there was something different about what they had. They had each been hoping for a love like this, and somehow their lives came together at exactly the right moment.

Jonathan's proposal was one Jessica will never forget. What she thought was a behind-the-scenes tour of the Ottawa Senators arena turned into a complete surprise when she turned around to find the words "Jessica, will you marry me?" lighting up the jumbotron.
